3 Fun Ideas for what to do with your photos

Now you've got your shiny new photos - what are you going to do with them?

It makes me sad when people make such brilliant photos and then they just sit on their computer doing nothing - such a shame! I wonder if in future people will sit together and browse their hard drives like we used to thumb through photo albums?probably not!

So here are my top recommendations

If you've done something fun with your images and want to share, do email me at sian@siantphoto.com and tell me about it

Print it!

It sounds obvious but there are now so many cool ways you can print your images - on the wall on metal, canvas or even wood. Make your own photo book online, or try a scrapbook approach. If your images are for your business what about photo business cards? Or get some flyers designed that you can physically had to people at events.

Supercharge Your Social Media

Sharing your photos on socials is nice but how about making it extra awesome using free online tools? Canva can help you turn your images into short videos with music, and Adobe Express lets you create mini-websites that you can use to add text and sound to your story - click the image to see one I made!

Cards - but not the cringy kind!

We’ve all seen those hillarious Amercian style family Christmas Cards but we all have friends and relatives we don’t see as often as we’d like, and in a digital world, sending a physical card that’s truly personal is a great way of telling people that you’re thinking of them. Even businesses can stand out from the crowd by sending clients a physical reminder. Just remember to get your cards printed on a recyclable paper!

So what will you do with your photos?

Don’t just let them languish on your computer - do something fun!
